Initial Evaluation
Covered through insurance with co-pay, or $300 cash rate.
Initial psychiatric evaluation to assess your current needs & establish care. These visits are usually 45-60 minutes. They can be completed via telehealth or in person if scheduled as such.
Psychiatric follow-up
Covered through insurance with co-pay, or $150 cash rate.
Ongoing medication management appointments are generally 20-30 minutes. They can be completed via telehealth or in person if scheduled as such. Some medications require in-person visits and drug screening for compliance.
Botulinum Toxin Injection
$11/unit, not covered with insurance.
Botulinum toxin is used for a variety of reasons, primarily cosmetic for reducing the appearance of wrinkles by temporarily relaxing the muscles. It can also be used for conditions like migraines & teeth grinding.
