Initial Evaluation
$300
Initial psychiatric evaluation to assess your current needs & establish care. These visits are usually 45-60 minutes. They can be completed via telehealth or in person if scheduled as such. This would be covered by insurance or paid by cash.
Psychiatric follow-up
$150
Ongoing medication management appointments are generally 20-30 minutes. They can be completed via telehealth or in person if scheduled as such. Controlled substances require periodic in-person visits and drug screening for compliance. This would be covered by insurance or paid by cash.
Botulinum Toxin Injection
$11/unit
Botulinum toxin is used for a variety of reasons, primarily cosmetic for reducing the appearance of wrinkles by temporarily relaxing the muscles. It can also be used for conditions like migraines & teeth grinding. This is generally not covered by insurance.
